Un fenomeno meraviglioso, incredibile da gustare ed osservare. Un fenomeno naturale che aumenta il suo fascino quando osservato da un luogo dove domina la natura:la regione di Inari nella Finlandia settentrionale, città capoluogo della terra dominata da SAMI gente cordiale, accogliente e pronta a cantarti una canzone della sua tradizione popolare.
Il Sole di Mezzanotte è un particolarissimo fenomeno astronomico che si presenta solo nelle regioni al di là del circolo polare artico. Il periodo in cui è possibile ammirarlo è in prossimità del solstizio d’estate, grazie alll’inclinazione dell’asse di rotazione della terra. A settanta gradi di latitudine il sole non tramonta mai per circa 17 giorni. La luce dure 24 ore per quasi tutta l'estate.
